How do I use the pour-over product?


Making a fresh cup of pour-over coffee is easy. You can watch all of our tutorials here.




Where is your coffee roasted?


We work closely with a family-owned roaster in Emeryville, CA. who sources their coffee from farms around the world. We recognize that there are many families involved in providing the end user with a great cup of coffee. It is not just us at Freshh Coffee who creates that splendid cup that you enjoy every morning.
We believe it is important to remember that every time you enjoy your daily cup of coffee, you are helping all of the people in the coffee supply chain provide a better life for themselves and their families.




What is the shelf life of your pour-over product?


The coffee will be fresh for at least 18 months from package date in the sealed wrapper. Please refer to the printed date on back of wrapper ("Best By" date). Each pack has been nitrogen-flushed to prevent oxidization. Store in cool dry place.





Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?


When you subscribe to Freshh Coffee products, you'll be saving money from every purchase by receiving a 5% discount. Have your coffee fix consistently shipped to your front door every 4 weeks. Free shipping on all products.




How can I cancel / modify my subscription?


Cancelling or modifying your subscription is easy. Simply email us at freshestpress@gmail.com and let us know. You can turn your subscription on or off at your leisure.

Where do you ship?


For now, to ensure and preserve freshness, we are only shipping to the USA & Canada.




What is your Return Policy?


For food items (coffee), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We will be sure to find a way to resolve any issues you may have, or if necessary, provide a refund.

For non-food items, returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
